Vinification : with the old method, without separating the grapes on the staulks and treading. Aged in concrete tank.

Syrah 20%
Tasting : very supple and light wine with red fruits flavours and lightly spicy at the end. Very fresh, round and pleasant mouth.
Beautifull ruby color.
