Vinification : The grapes are cut at the end of the night to keep the flavours very well. We press the grapes directly and after fermentation of the juice alone and vinification at lowest temperatures (12-14 degree) to keep all natural flavours.
Cepages : Grenache white, Viognier, Roussane, Marsanne.
Tasting : Wine with very pleasant nose of white flowers, dry, full with a perfumed aromatic taste. An elegant wine with finesse and full flavours, great as an paeritive wine or with shellfish and fish.
