Vinification : With the old method without separating the grapes on the staulks and treading, that is called semi carbonic maceration. Aged in concrete tank and in oak barrels.
Cepages : Grenache only
Tasting : Wine with a nice dress with delicate brown reflects. This wine has a fine and long mouth with red fruits flavours and a piece of spicy at the end. The tanins are supple.
